International delegates meeting 1:00 pm – 1:45 pm
International delegate “buddy” meeting 1:45 pm – 2:15 pm
Snack Break 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm
Song rehearsal and group photo 2:30 pm – 3:45 pm
State delegation photos (tentative) 4:15 pm – 5:30 pm
Opening banquet dinner 5:45 pm– 8:15 pm
Tuesday June 23:
Breakfast w/ town hall training 7:30 am – 8:30 am
Town Hall (doors open at 9:15 am) 9:15 am– 10:30 am
Snack Break 10:30 am – 10:45 am
Blitz training sessions 10:45 am – 12:00 pm
Sponsor luncheon 12:15 pm– 1:45 pm
Buses depart for Capitol Hill 2:30 pm– 2:50 pm
Song performance (open event) 3:30 pm– 4:30 pm
Buses depart for hotel 4:40 pm
